Jack Fletcher

Jack is a human centred designer who has worked across education, media and retail sectors, ranging from start-ups to large organisations.

Currently based in Manchester, he practices Interaction and Service Design at the Co-op. As part of the current Experience library team, he advocates agile and design processes and supports colleagues in product and service teams to improve their working practices.

Prior to joining the Co-op, Jack was a User Experience Designer at Frog Education, supporting the Malaysian government to deliver educational software across the entire country.

Suhail Hussain

For the past 5 years, Suhail has designed digital experiences for LateRooms, Simply Be and Jacamo. He is now a Lead Interaction Designer at the Co-op, specialising in interaction and visual design.

Over the last 2 years he's worked in the Digital Food Experience team, with a focus on creating rich eCommerce experiences for the Co-op's customers.

More recently he has started to co-run the Interaction community of practice, supporting the community and delivering sessions to other designers at the Co-op.

Tom Burrows

Tom is a generalist designer based in Manchester. Working primarily in UX and content design, he has worked in the retail, education and IT sectors, and currently works at Co-op.

His work has covered food eCommerce and design systems, where he focuses on creating accessible, user-centred designs for Co-op's customers. He is also a writer, focusing on music and culture.
